The artisan workshop of Pastificio Fantasia, founded in 1984, is a veritable hotbed of creative ideas to bring to the table.
Specialising in fresh egg pasta, filled ravioli in various formats and bronze-drawn semolina pasta, “Fantasia” (in English, “imagination”) is not only our name but also the common thread running through all our production process and our brand identity.
Each fresh pasta product is the result of our family’s tradition and creativity, and is made by expert hands. Attention to detail and the continuous search for product quality are what sets us apart and motivates us to produce consistently remarkable creations.
We mainly target restaurants and their suppliers, wholesalers and food stores who want to make a difference by offering something fresh and exclusive, guaranteeing products free of hydrogenated fats, dyes and preservatives.
