FAMILY'S TRADITION

The artisan workshop of Pastificio Fantasia, founded in 1984, is a veritable hotbed of creative ideas to bring to the table.
Specialising in fresh egg pasta, filled ravioli in various formats and bronze-drawn semolina pasta, “Fantasia” (in English, “imagination”) is not only our name but also the common thread running through all our production process and our brand identity.
Each fresh pasta product is the result of our family’s tradition and creativity, and is made by expert hands. Attention to detail and the continuous search for product quality are what sets us apart and motivates us to produce consistently remarkable creations.

Only the best raw materials
Our selected partners
We carefully select the raw materials we use in fresh pasta products. We particularly focus on Italian and local ingredients. Some examples? Starting with the essence of our artisanal pasta, we choose Altamura wheat or traditional Valtellina buckwheat. Some of the best ingredients with which we make our fillings are Speck ham from Alto Adige, Asparagus from the Friuli Valleys and Fish from the Mediterranean. Or Taleggio PDO from Valsassina, Bresaola della Valtellina PDO and Fish from Lario.

We mainly target restaurants and their suppliers, wholesalers and food stores who want to make a difference by offering something fresh and exclusive, guaranteeing products free of hydrogenated fats, dyes and preservatives.
